We welcomed our new little one to the world on Thursday, June 25th at 4:52pm! He was 8 pounds 10 ounces and 20 inches long.

Through my classes you will acquire the tools you need to work with your body and the process of giving birth, and you will leave class with the knowledge to make your own best choices at each point along the way.
